1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on health and beauty products that have been opened or used.

Electronics must have no physical damage and include all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards or digital products.

Perishable or consumable goods.

Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged).

3. Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at dboy76298@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

2. Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization if eligible.

3. Shipping: Ship the item back to us at the address provided. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

 

4. Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
